Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using the Calvre website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Terms
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, or have the consent of a legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

We offer both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) payment options. For COD orders, a verification call or message will be required before processing.

3. Product Descriptions & Quality
We make every effort to display the colors and images of our calisthenics apparel as accurately as possible. However, your monitor's display may vary.

As our products are fulfilled via a Print-on-Demand (POD) model, slight variations in print placement or color shade may occur. These are NOT considered defects.

4. Order Acceptance & Verification
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order.

COD Verification: In line with our operational policy to reduce undelivered orders, we reserve the right to contact you via [PHONE NUMBER/WHATSAPP] to confirm your order details. We reserve the right to cancel any order that remains unverified after 3 attempts.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship across India through our fulfillment partner.

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Please note that for certain remote areas or North-East regions, delivery via India Post may take between 7 to 15 business days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Custom Made Policy: Since every T-shirt is printed specifically for you upon your order (Print-on-Demand), we do NOT offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please refer to our Size Chart before ordering.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during transit, or if the wrong item was sent. To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide a photo/video of the defect to within 12 hours of delivery.

No-Returns for RTO: Orders returned to us due to non-availability of the customer or incorrect address (RTO) will be subject to a re-shipping fee if the customer requests a second delivery attempt.

7. Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.

To infringe upon our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.

8. Limitation of Liability
Calvre shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind, including lost profits or lost savings, arising from your use of any of our products or the website.
