Return & Exchange Policy
At CALVRE, we operate on a Print-on-Demand model. This means every T-shirt is printed specifically for you once you place an order. Because we don't maintain a warehouse of pre-printed stock, our return policy differs from traditional stores.
We aim to be fair and transparent so you can focus on training.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Defects or Damages: If you receive a damaged product or a print that doesn't meet our quality standards, we offer a 100% Free Replacement.
Size Issues: We understand that fit is critical for calisthenics. We offer a one-time exchange for size issues. However, since the item was custom-printed, a nominal processing fee of ₹149 will apply to cover the cost of the new garment and shipping.
Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for "change of mind" or if the item has been worn, washed, or used during a workout.
2. Timeframe
You must notify us of any issues within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
To report an issue, please email hello@calvre.in with your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the product.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If the fault is ours (wrong design, wrong size sent by us, or a print defect):
1. Send us proof (photo/video) via email or WhatsApp.
2. Once verified, we will initiate a fresh print and shipment at no extra cost to you.
3. You do not need to ship the defective item back to us—keep it as a gift or recycle it!
4. The Exchange Process
For size exchanges:
1. Contact us at hello@calvre.in
2. Pay the nominal exchange fee via the link provided by our team.
3. We will process your new size and have it shipped within our standard processing timeframe.
Note: As per our "Gift & Resend" philosophy, we may ask you to keep the original shirt rather than sending it back, saving you the hassle of courier pickups.
5. Refund Process
Refunds: We generally do not offer monetary refunds due to the custom nature of our products.
Store Credit: In exceptional cases where a replacement is not possible, we will issue store credit to your account within 5-7 business days.
6. Return Shipping Costs
For defective items: ₹0 (No return shipping required).
For size exchanges: The customer covers the nominal processing fee mentioned in Section 1.
