At Calvre, we believe in the calisthenics philosophy of "strength through mastery"—and that includes mastering our delivery process. Every piece of apparel is custom-printed on-demand to ensure you get a fresh, high-quality product every time.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Important for COD Orders: To prevent delivery failures, we verify all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders via a quick phone call or WhatsApp. Your processing time begins after this verification is successful.

We do not ship or process orders on Sundays or National Holidays.

2. Shipping Costs & Payment Options

We want to keep our pricing as transparent as your training goals. Our shipping rates are designed to reward commitment and protect our custom-printing process:

Prepaid Orders: FREE Shipping across India. (Best value for athletes).

COD Orders (Under ₹1,000): Flat ₹50 Handling Fee.

COD Orders (₹1,000 and Above): Requires a ₹149 Security Deposit paid upfront via Razorpay/UPI to confirm the order. The remaining balance is paid as Cash on Delivery. ₹50 Additional Handling Fee is NOT charged.

3. Order Verification Process

Because every piece of calisthenics gear is printed specifically for you, we follow a strict verification protocol to ensure your gear reaches the right bars:

1. Verification Call: After placing a COD order, our team will call or WhatsApp you within 24 hours to confirm your size and address.

2. Processing Start: Your order moves to the "Print Press" only after successful phone verification (and deposit payment, if applicable). If we cannot reach you after 3 attempts, the order will be automatically cancelled.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Once verified and processed (2–3 business days), your gear is shipped via our premium partners:

Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days.

Rest of India: 5–8 Business Days.

Tracking: You will receive a Tracking ID via SMS/Email as soon as your gear leaves the facility.

4. Shipping Methods

We partner with India's leading courier services (including BlueDart, Delhivery, and Ecom Express) to ensure your gear reaches you safely. We primarily offer:

Standard Surface Shipping

Cost: FREE on orders above ₹999 / Flat ₹50]
Delivery: Typically delivered within 5–8 business days after dispatch. This is our most cost-effective method, perfect for athletes who are planning their training cycles in advance.

6. Delivery Issues & Delays

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address and Pincode. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details.

Delays: While we strive for speed, occasional delays may occur due to extreme weather, festivals, or courier strikes. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your gear to you.

Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take a photo/video before opening it and contact us immediately at [EMAIL ADDRESS].
